We want you to be completely satisfied with your COEUR DE LION purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original COEUR DE LION packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
